Payments and refunds

Agentic Cloud Computer is free to use. We do not accept payments or collect cards, invoices or platform subscription billing information, so there is no platform payment to refund.

Your organisation pays its AI, cloud, git or media providers directly for the services it chooses. We do not collect or mark up those charges, so any refund request for them belongs with the provider that billed you and follows that provider’s policy.

A charge claiming to be from Agentic Cloud Computer is not a payment collected by this service. Tell us so we can investigate it. Nothing here limits a stronger right the law gives you.

Ask us to close your organisation. Customer-controlled resources remain in the provider accounts that own them; platform-held Workspace records follow the deletion and backup rules in the Privacy Policy.
